Thread: ORCA Cooler deal

I happened by the section in Lowe's where the coolers are located and noticed they had ORCA coolers. They only stocked the 20 qt but I was looking for a small one anyway. It was priced at $169 which is $20 cheaper than anywhere I checked, including Amazon. If you are a veteran Lowe's gives a 10% discount so that dropped the price another $17. ORCA has a promotion on this cooler which included a 30 oz tumbler(they call it the Chaser) which was inside the cooler.
So I felt as good as you can feel after paying that much for a cooler.

ORCA are made in the USA, if that matters. Most others are made elsewhere.

By the way, to get a 10% discount you need to get a Lowe's Loyalty card and go on line and provide the service info requested and it updates your card so you get the discount anytime you scan the card. It is not a credit card, just one of the store cards like all the other places use to track your buying history.

Ray, good deal. You can also register as a vet at Lowes by bringing in your DD-214. Takes about 5 minutes at customer service. Then you just tell them your phone number at check out. Good for the whole family.
