    Default Yesterdays catch!

Made a long over due trip with my cousin Steve and his son Justin perch jerking on Lake Wylie. Went late in the day and it was hot weather wise but a little breeze help keep the sweat down. We went down the river from Ebenezer toward the dam and found some perch immediately. Managed quite a few but no size to them. Moved around and found them scattered here and there. Never really hit the jackpot but we were fishing and cutting up with lots of memories. Total count at the end of the day was 125 perch with some thrown back not counted and 9 catfish. Biggest cat was around 4 pounds. Miss Laura was happy to receive some fresh fish. Plan on doing it again next week when I'm off work. Thanks Steve and Justin for a great afternoon of fishing and story telling. I know Justin won't believe all you told.

Sounds like a prefect day on the water. Thanks for the report.
I was at Cane Creek this morning for a couple hours then the wind was whipping so hard I couldn't keep the boat straight. Caught 8 Crappie, 1 cat 1 blue gill
At least I know the boat still floats

Congrats on a great trip. Does that fall in, what said in a boat stays in a boat?

Congrats on a good day on the water.
I was able to go catfishing Saturday on Wylie. My wife went too. We caught about 20 cats, biggest was about 12 lbs. 1 green carp, and a few bream. Fisrt time I've been fishing since 2016 with Micorps.
I hope to get to start going more now that things are starting to calm down around here.

Turkeyfoot can go but better not soil the grass area at the boat ramp.
