    Default Wateree Campground Advice

For you guys around Wateree, we are thinking about setting up a camper permanently somewhere for the weekends. I love fishing Wateree so thought about there. It is only a little over an hour away. Do any of you know which campgrounds have permanent sites? Any advice on what campgrounds to look at and which ones to avoid? Thanks for any help.

I was going to say the same, one on each side of the beaver creek bridge. Additionally, I would definitely look into the Shaw Rec Center if you retired military. They have monthly rates. This is who can stay at the Shaw AFB reac center "Active, National Guard, Reservists, Retired, 100% DAV. DoD Civilians, Guests."

Sutton's, it's in the back of Taylor's creek. A more down to earth camp ground and bait and tackle.
