Default Lake Wylie Jumbo magnum perch and slab dady crappie.

Meet Brettw about 1:00. Went to Perch point and started to tightline. Nothing going for me so after evaluating fish higher in the water column decided to get out long rods and do some long line. Had 1/32 jigs so I decided to change to 1/16th also 4 out of 8 rods use roadrunners. Finally got setup by 2:00. Fished for total 90 minutes and stopped at 3:30.
One kitty was 12 pounds Brettw took pic. took awhile getting that #$% in. I gave Brettw a clinic on how to get a catfish in without tangle lines. Caught another kitty about 6 pounds. Had fun with green carp. One was 2 pounds the other 4 pounds. That 4 pounder jump out of water and cleared by 2 feet with mouth wide open. In between that caught some big perch and nice crappie. Toss back some crappie chips and lost to many at boat. Must be rusty.
Jig was 1/16th about .7mph tipped with minnows. Caught the most on monkeys milk color. Heading out tomorrow morning. Called a young man who goes to my church and ask if he wanted to fish and he said of course.
Had fun whooping and a hollering. I think those by brettw and I must think I'm crazy.

CK, sounds like a great time spent out with Brett. I know it must have been a rusty hook to allow some fish to get off at the boat. Where was the net man and net? Looked like your variety was well worth the time spent on the lake. Good report and picture!
