sorry the tournament has been called due to weather. will try and have it on a later date i want to thank you that showed interest and coming in from long distance really want thank y'all i truly think we have missed a great event for some great fellow ship and very good chance of a record weigh in from what was happening in the pre fishing man their was some hogs coming in like ronnies p.b. 3.1 burdawg tossing back 15 1/2 slabs more in the pound and over class and butch with the opening of the gate with that fine live well of big slabs he found .

Hate to hear it Jimmy but it is probably for the best. I may try to hit Hartwell if it lets up tomorrow afternoon.

I also hate that this event had to be canceled but this time of the year with a lot of sickness it is best to not have it than someone becoming sick. Thanks Jimmy for the hard work put into this event.

You gave it a good try. I kept watching the weather and thinking...gee, it seems like it's 4th and forever....maybe we should just punt. Hard to pull the plug after so much preparation, but it was probably the smart thing to do. Otherwise, like Ronnie said, you might get sick and miss the warm nice days coming up!

Unfortunately.....you made the right call Jimmy. According to the weather on TV and the computer it's gonna be a cold rainy morning tomorrow. As bad as I hate it I believe I will set out this weekend and wait for better days. Like FOM said, I dont want to get sick and miss the better days to fish. Thanks for all your work trying to get this thing going. Apparently Mother Nature thought it just wasnt meant to be this weekend.

I agree also. Based on what it was like being in and out today, it would have been a miserable day on the water. We will "Gitter done" soon. Thanks for all your hard work. Anybody need a gallon or two of sweet tea??

darn. i'm not much of a crappie fisherman and was hoping to learn a few things tomorrow. i've been on sucession a few times this month around the #184 ramp in my kayak and have been skunked every time.
