The small deck mount plate for Millennium pole holder. The type that is about 2 inches wide and about 4 inches long. I am guessing size. Project in process.

Those are so easy to make. Take Aluminum bar stock cut to size and drill and tap. If I remember correctly they are 1/4 x 20 thread.
