    Default Min Kota Legacy

I have an older Legacy 24v that I bought online that just doesn't suit it's inteded application. As a whole it doesn't run exactly right. So I have decided to chop it up and sell it for parts to try and recoup my investment.. It is the mk with the white head. And the foot pedal is the flat plug. Pricing will be 50% of Northland Marine pricing for power drive parts.

Out of the water it runs great. Bogs down and struggles when in the water. I have been through it completely and everything appears solid.

Can you give us a model name/ number, maybe a picture.

Legacy, white head and flat plug does not give us much to go on.

    Thanks

It's a Riptide early model white, flat plug means the foot pedal has the old flat plug instead of the newer round plug, Legacy is just what they call the older models in this case a power drive. Hope that helps a little bit

Sorry for the lack of details. It is a Legacy made by Minn Kota. It is a 24V 48# thrust.

    Thanks for the pics.

Looking for a project motor to build a auto Livscope system for a friend.

Your motor won't work for what I have in mind.

    Thanks again.

    Good luck with the sale.

Actually I'm thinking this unit could be perfect for a LS mount.
Feel free to PM. The unit as a whole is definitely cheaper than you think.

Bad seal letting water in will cause this problem.
