    Default SI contrast setting

Purely out of curiosity... what side image contrast setting do you all use for normally stained water? I'm at 60.

Your probably gonna get alot of different answers since every day can be a different setting.. as a norm personally I run about 12 contrast and 12 to 14 sensitivity

I expect varied answers. Just wondering how wide of a range exists.

Water clarity, bottom hardness, and depth all factor in to what settings you will typically run. I tend to use Mega frequency on water up to 18 ft and then switch to 455 for anything deeper than that. Dynamic contrast settings and sharpness can also help to dial your unit in

As you use it..due to bottom and depth changing..I sometimes find myself adjusting for the conditions. Throw in pollen and crap in the water column also.
