    Default lowrance hds 9 gen 3


    lowrance hds 9 gen 3 out of warranty..turns on then shut it self off....anybody know of repair shop ? where I can get it repaired.. tried new power cable and different battery..reads 12.4 on multi-meter...thanks

    You may try Clearcast marine in Springfield MO. They repaired a power button on a HDS gen 2 for me. They have a flat rate repair of I believe $495 but I don't remember exactly the price so don't quote me on that.

    A reset fixes more electronics (of all kinds) than anything else going.

    If your fully charged battery reads 12.4 it is bad.

    I have a hds 8 gen 2 that sensitivity seems to be stuck on high have tried several fixes, no luck. would like to try soft reset but not sure how to do it , can someone please explain thanks
