Thread: Garmin 93 Plus/UHD delimma

Need some experienced input from Garmin users. I have an Evchomap 93 Plus at the console on the boat. I recently purchased a 93 UHD unit. I want one on the bow, one at the console. Originally thinking of putting the UHD unit at the console because if it potentially having better side/down imaging. Can anyone validate that for me or have any other suggestions? Thanks

I would prefer better side imaging at the helm. So that will be where my UHD goes when it arrives. Then network them so you can see the UHD sonar at the bow with sonar sharing. Or in my case so my fellow angler can see livescope from the back.
