Beautiful day on the water. Caught about 40 crappie, 1 piggy.
1st picture is of how nice the weather was.
2nd picture is a Livescope shot pointing out a nice fish in a new to me brushpile.
3rd picture is the same fish with my thumb in it's mouth!

You are a , you going to talk me into buying a Live Scope. I've used my Helix 12 maybe 5 times and starting to get use to it. No great pictures yet but I'm catching fish with it. Thanks Roy very nice catching!

I admit it was pretty cool, seeing that fish, pitching past the brush and seeing my jig drop. And then being able to slowly swim a smallish hair jig between the branches and.then seeing the fish hit my jig. Definitely made my day!

Bigdawgg, That's what happened to me. All the Livescope talk finally broke me down and I purchased the 93sv UHD bundle. I love it. Your Helix 12 will still be your primary tool but once the Helix says "stop here", Livescope will show you fish the Helix never dreamed of. I need to get Roy to come down to Gaston one time and show me how to catch these fish that have serious lock jaw. Livescope has shown me just how many fish are not eating my jigs. All these calm high pressure bluebird days have the schools of crappie on a Fast apparently.

    must fish,
GeneC is who you need to hook up with, he knows Gaston allot better than me. I would still like to go with you 1 day, just let me know.
I will say this, seriously down size your bait. I often fish with a 1/48 oz. jig with a weight above it.
It helps make some of those lookers into takers!

Sorry but I'm not sure of your question. I been out hunting for bigger fish the last few weeks and have found at least 1 or 2 on 3 out of last 4 trips. I really like the orange crawfish color pallet. Still have some dead spots with my Livescope but the fish are getting less spooky so I'm able to.get closer to some of them. Can't hardly wait for the water to get cooler and these fish move out and suspend over open water!
