    Once bit, twice shy, eh.

Totally understand with the last fiasco.

I will wait until Roy is posting great Perspective view screen shots and is still smiling in the pictures.
    LOL, too funny!!
Actually you never know, I might just try it. I know that I have the older software version safe and secured on an sd card that I can always reload and go back too.
    Never say never,

So I rolled the dice but won't have the boat out for a couple of weeks. Ya'll let me know how it goes. I do know that now it doesn't offer prospective mode like the first update did. My stuff was so jacked up I wasn't even using live scope. Guess we will see

Active Captain slammed both (GLS10 and 8610xsv) in about 10 minutes with no effort. Appears like it cleaned up the screen a bit and has better gain. Not using the previous gain settings which were higher. Did not need TVG or Noise Reject. Could see my jig again so assume it was an improvement. Will use it some more and post any other changes.

I had no trouble finding fish or seeing my 1/16 oz jig in shallow water today. First day out with ver 19/2.41 on my Em UHD 93sv + PLS. FWIW. I slayed them. Only kept four like this one, caught on my own hand-tie. So far - so good.
