    Default Dock shots

A few shots from my Livescope yesterday of some crappie suspended under floating docks. My Livescope is doing better since I rolled back the software to an earlier version.Name: 28APR20_1644_00.jpg

Roy, please tell us which version you rolled your unit back to, and how you did it. I have the Echomap Ultra 106sv with the livescope.

2.20 version for the black box, 11.0 for the Echomap Ultra units. Both updates come packaged together. Some of the guys on the Garmin board on BBC have the software and put in "Dropbox" for others to download on an sd card. I had a friend email me a copy, it is a large file. Once I had the correct files on an sd card I did a forced update as per instructions from the Garmin website. Allot of trouble to do all this but worth it to me. You don't want to screw it up and mess up your unit.

How do you have the transducer mounted? On TM or a rotating pole of some kind?

On a separate pole. I had my at first on my trolling motor but switched to a separate pole mount. Works much better for me, I can let the motor do what it needs to do while I can aim my transducer exactly where I need to cast or shoot my jig.
