    Default Transducer cracked


    Anyrhing I can use to fill this crack? That won't effect the way it works ...Seems to still work the way it should

    Nothing to lose now.

    Take it off the mount and lay flat and let it dry out and epoxy (slow set to eliminate bubbles) it up good and splash a little paint on it.

    There is no repair of a bad crystal or broken connection for the inside that I know of.

    There is potential of water getting inside the xducer, shorting out the wire channels, and frying the unit transmitters ...

    I’ve repaired dozens of xducer issues ... but never below the line ...
