    Default Humminbird 958c DI Depth issue


    Have an issue, unit reads depths perfect unless you get in water that is shallower than 4 feet.
    3.9 feet and less the unit shows 200 to 1000 feet deep. Swapped head unit with a spare and same result. Transducer? Software ?
    Anyone else saw this?

    There were lots of reports of shallow water depth issues thru many software versions ...

    Are you running the latest software for that model ...??
