Wondering if anyone has a solution to be able to read waypoint depths off device?

I'm using a Lowrance Hook2 5HDI and am capturing a lot of spots in my bay like buoys and pilings and whatnot. Have used babelgps to translate the .usr files into KML file and can see the lat/long in Google Earth, but can't get the depths. Anyone know of a program or method to get the depths for given waypoints (other than using the device)? I'm doing 100's of them (to create a map in a different program) and don't have an easy way to access the device and scan through them 1-by-1.

Using CMAP Genesis to produce the contour maps (but it's slow). Wonder if there is an alternative that would be able to combine the sonar, the waypoints and build me a map.

Thanks in advance, appreciate any wisdom from those who have....
