    Default Tractor tire crappie

I think this is some kind of tire stuck in the mud on lake Gaston. It's in 20 feet of water. It was holding a nice school of crappie with more suspended nearby. When we think about making a brush pile we try to make the most elaborate thing imaginable. These crappie are perfectly happy with a plain old tire. Roy, I forgot to put a card in my Helix 10. I had to use the cell phone picture again.

Awesome shot and find. I bet if you added a Boo brushpile or some sort of stake bed bucket in this location you would have a Jim dandy honey hole for many years to come.

I’ve heard of “tire-kickers” before and now I guess there is such a thing as “tire-kicker fish”. lol
Pass the "Sportsman Baton" on before you're gone, promote values for others to hunt and fish upon.
