That's a perfect example of why I don't use 2d .... where's the brushpile on the 2d side of the screen ?? Normally it would be showing a glob of colors.

Have you tried a higher frequency on the 2d setting & lower frequency on the DI setting ??

Yes, I adjusted the contrast, etc. after taking this pic as I also was expecting a representation. I need to review all settings once again. Thanks for the input.

Nice looking brush pile. I'd definitely set a way point on it so you could keep tabs on it.

Probably just need to turn the sensitivity up a notch or or 2 on the 2d. Sometimes I think people turn the 2d down too low trying to get rid of the clutter and miss a lot of needed or wanted returns.

Looking good! I'm liking the split screen for fishing as well.

trees on both si/di split mixed in with a thermocline . After looking at the DI the trees are pretty obvious on the 2d. With good 2d you can see some arches in the trees that may not be that visible with DI

I tweaked it some and now it looks like this. Bait ball that ended up with crappie in the vicinity.

DI looks great, your 2d is better but needs a little more tweaking imo. Keep them coming.
