    Default Lost Snapshots and Recordings


    I used HBPC to create a new lake folder on new sd card with several newly acquired waypoints for new lake. When I transferred them to my Helix I lost all my snapshots and recordings. All my original waypoints and folders are in tact. What happened? Do I need to import them back from the original sd card had in my unit?

    Snapshots and Recordings are written directly to the SD card ...

    Is there a SNAPSHOTS folder and/or a RECORD folder on the original SD card that was in the unit card slot when the Snapshots and Recordings were created ...??

    Your OP indicates you created waypoints in HBPC onto a "new" SD card and imported into the unit ...

    The SNAPSHOT and RECORD folders will be on the original SD card that was in the unit card slot when each Snapshot and/or Recording was created ...

    No, pic is of original card ; I don't know what happened for sure; probably mixed up cards. I leaned, don't mess with stuff when your tired. I am upgrading to fasted cards anyway , gona start fresh...
