    I thing about buying a Solix 10 meg. Witch of the Minn Kota motor that will supports the I-Pilot LINK feature that on the TM? Or will I need to put the new transducer on it that come with the Solix
    All men are created equal, some work harder in the preseason.

    US2 on any Minn Kota TM (past or current) is 2d only ...

    The MEGA xducer must be used to utilize DI or SI on the SOLIX ...

    I be better to go with the 360 then glue the xducer cord up the side of TM.
    All men are created equal, some work harder in the preseason.

    Reading your OP again I realize you have 2 points of discussion in the same post ...

    1st - iPilot Link is an Ethernet cable connection from a Minn Kota iLink TM to a compatible HB unit ... such that some features of the TM like "Follow the Contour", "Spot Lock", GOTO, etc can be controlled from the HB head unit ...

    A Minn Kota TM model must state iLink in the description to have iLink functionality ...

    2nd - US2 is 2d sonar that can be connected by a separate cable to a Sonar unit for displaying 2d sonar ...

    Once again - the MEGA xducer must be used to utilize SI or DI in the HB MEGA unit ...

    The 360 accessory is 455kHz only - regardless of which model HB unit it is connected to (no 800kHz or MEGA 1200kHz imaging with 360)...
