    Wouldn't think so. Have seen some amazing images posted by Guy's with those new units. This looks like some albacore on left and barracuda on right.

    The length of the shadow and the fish can vary depending on how fast the boat is moving, how close the fish is to the transducer , and how the fish is moving relative to the boat.

    Good points for sure. I was looking to see what may have made the 'tuna-looking' returns on the left. I didn't see anything representative that would cause the shadows on the left--if I'm looking at this correctly. Either way, I understand they are potentially very good products.
