    I often use the 200/455khz split screen for ice fishing in heavy cover for these reasons

    We should note for those following that the HB DI units have 2d beam frequencies of 200kHz/455kHz (conversely the non-DI Units have 2d beam frequencies of 200kHz/83kHz or 200kHz/50kHz) ...
