    Default Loz

possibly heading down tomorrow for a couple days - sounds like tomorrow and Friday are going to be really nice temp wise...

anyone doing any good at LOZ - wondered how the water/fishin was after all this rain. I'm off a dock - so don't have to worry about all the junk that's probably floatin' down stream!!!

Water up over 1.5' from yesterday's reading, expected to go up another 1' in the next 24 hours or so. Extremely muddy, fast current and a forrest of trees floating by my place.

Not sure a jig would drop down thru this stuff

I caught a few this am on electric chicken slab busters, but I only gave it about 30 minutes. I'm on the main channel in a slightly protected area, so I still have about 18 to 24" of visibility. I'm figuring now is the time to get my other stuff done around the place and count on more fishing Thurs - Sat.

I've been amazed at how much the lake has risen in the past 36 hours.

Hey Jackpot, what mile marker are you at? Was thinking about coming down tomorrow but didnt know if it was a waste of time from St. Louis for a couple days.

I'm between the 1 and 2 mm on the North shore at Harbour Towne. The weather is improving, and the water is still rising. But I figure the next couple of days is going to be the best conditions I'll see until I can get back down here in April.
