    Question Is Mark Twain Lake OPEN???????


    Needing to know TODAY if possible if the Route U or the Route 107 ramps are open. I DID call the USACE office and the person there was not "in the know" SO I came to the folks who know EVERYTHING!!!!! Someone please let me know if you can!

    Novice

    Went last Saturday. The 107 ramp was the only one we could find that was not frozen. Hwy U was iced in. We could get to the bridge from the 107 ramp but there was a band of ice across the lake just west of the bridge.
    With these cold nights I imagine the lake is refreezing at night and thawing some during the day.
