    Lightbulb Free Photo Software

Here is the web address to some free photo software.
    http://www.irfanview.com/
With this software, you can very easily reduce both the size of the picture and/or it's pixel rate. Both will reduce the time it takes a picture to upload/download on a computer or web site.
The software is free, it only takes a couple of minutes to download on a 56k connection, is very user friendly, and very much worth the few minutes it takes to download it.

Do you have to download the Registry Mechanic before you can get the photo software?

No, skip over the Registry Mechanic. They want to sell you that software. Infranview is free.

If you are using windows XP, they offer a free image resizer tool that I use all the time. It works great.
I guess the easiest way to find it is to goto Microsoft home page & search for the file name.... ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

    2 Cents. :p
