What make boat do you own or plan on fishing from? Most guys wear the shirt their boat company sells. Contact their website and find their line of clothing. I have a lund and they send me clothing mags every year to keep me updated to the newest line of products by them.

Buy one and get "Your Name Here" embroidered on it. Then kick everyone's butt and see what happens. Saw a dude on snowboarding with that on his helmet. Thought it was cool.

Most guys I know gets their shirt from Bass Pro Shops. I think the brand is Red Head, and you can put your own patches and name embroidered on them.

My wife and I own an embroidery shop and are also BassPro dealers.
My Suggesttion is find the shirts you like and purchase them yourself after trying them on for fit and comfort. It is very hard to pick a shirt from a catalog that you want to wear for 8 hours of fishing. I would then provide an embroider with the product logos of your sponsors. This may involve acquiring permission for the embroiderer to use thier designs.
We do have permission do embroider BassMaster logos including the women's curcuit. We also are allowed to do Ranger Boats and I am trying to acquire more license right now.
One other thing we do and I would suggest you to ask for is sew-outs,
You do not want the logos done with the wrong colors or just done poorly.
I hope this helps, If you need any help feel free to PM me.
