I know there's a tool out there somewhere that will remove the paint from jig eye holes, anyone have a link? Will it work on 1/16 and 1/32 jigs?

Wal Mart has several tools that can do that. I got one there years ago that looks like finger nail clippers with a little pin on it to poke into the eye holes. Also clips line. Probably under $2.00

    Thumbs up

Mustad makes a tool called the JIG-EYE BUSTER. It comes with a 36" lanyard. It also comes in a multi pack with a couple other tools. They only retail for $2.49 at Jays Sporting Goods in Clare Michigan. I use it regularly and it really does a good job.

It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D

I've used all of the above and they all work. The trick is to go on and clean a hundred or so while you're setting around so that you don't have to fiddle with them in the boat. Really good idea when it's freezing out on the water.
