They don't sound too bad I just haven't been brave enough to pull the trigger yet. One of these days.
On the way home from Stockton I called my oldest son Nick. Told him I had fresh fish and wanted to make some fish tacos. So he got on the net and found a sauce recipe.
Lately I have developed a taste fish taco's. Some place in Springfield now serve them. The Purple burrito would be my favorite.
Its a bit foo-foo in the preperation process compaired to the traditional way of fixing fish but very good. You could eat a train car load if them on a 100 deg. day and they would fill you up but not weigh you down.
I consits of a fish fried in a beer batter rather than breaded. Spoon some white sauce on it, fresh cabbage, cheese and pico. Squeeze some fresh lime juice, wrap it up and there you go.
Very Tastie and I would recomend them to the brave when it comes to cooking.
Give a try sometime.
