    Default Hey Dad

Drinking my coffe this morning before work, sitting in my chair, my daughter came and climbed in my lap looked in my eyes and said " Daddy can we go fishing tomorrow night". It only took me a second to tell her yes. Think we will get there early enough to try some of this trolling i have been reading about. Then set up and put the ol green light out and enjoy the evening. Looks like a great start to a Fathers day weekend.

You can't beat that with a stick. I hope you all do well out there and be sure to send us a report.

I miss those days...they grow up way to quick. Have fun!
If we did what was most important in life there
would be a shortage of Bibles.................and fishing poles

I know what you mean. My oldest just moved away to Texas to go to school. Broke this old dad's heart to see her go, but sure was proud of her. This one i think i will have for a few more years.

Can't beat that! My son is 16 now, will be a junior in HS next year, and I swear it seems like only yesterday that he was a little bitty guy running around the edge of the pond with a bunch of worms catching bluegills and perch. He still loves to go fishing every chance we get, I'm glad about that. Happens quicker than you think. Good luck on your outing!
We do not want the gift of a fish; neither do we expect a lesson on fishing; what we direly need is a chance to fish
