Thanks but this year has been tough around here.....there seems to be no end in sight for sure.... we will keep our fingers crossed for upcoming fall weather.

Cevans one other question do you run a variable speed trolling motor for pulling cranks ? This boat I purchased has the latest ipilot gps. Hoping this should do the job.

Thanks cevans for your advise just bought a alumacraft with Humminbirds helix 10 and a 7 on the front of the boat. Just getting into the cranks, can’t wait to put to test the many trial and errors...

I agree......the water temps are all over the place with variations in air temps, it’s a struggle right now finding them, I’m holding on to structure in 8-10 feet and only finding a few decent early...
