Raystown has trout in it. So I would make sure that a trout license is, or isn't required. But betting you have to have one, because of the trout.

They use to put trout in the Shenango River below...

Yea, I agree with you. There should be a time line, from when they changed a law, until when it can take effect. Have you went on their website, and made a comment, to what they are doing?

In spawn, you wont find them in deep water. Chaunc is the man to help you out.
