Made my last trip of the year friday. Very poor for me this fall. But who knows you may have better luck. Was blaming the warmer water earlier but thats certainly no excuse now.

Done it several times over the years. Had more luck catching white bass if a school shows up than crappie.

Went yesterday water temp southern end at 60F. Still in the bushes but they have slowed down the aggressiveness quite a bit.

No public places have opened up that I'm aware of. May have to check into private ones around.

Interesting since state parks are supposedly closed along with fish and wildlife areas.

Kept 8 Friday all males largest 13.5" out of minnows before 10:30am. Fished farther south yesterday kept 14 9-11.5". Maybe 5 were females oozing eggs water temp up to 79F.

I have several times, can be fun or a long night. Usually end up with a few crappie but a lot of white and yellow bass. Can be crazy if a school of whites come in.
