Well, here in California, it is legal to hunt all...
Well, here in California, it is legal to hunt all non-waterfoul small game with an air rifle. A good air gun can definately take out a snake no problem btw.

It's not actually that hard to tie a snell knot. I started using snell knots about a year ago and its about all I use now when bait fishing. It is a lot harder with tiny hooks though.
