I have a house and dock on Grand. You have been given some good advice here on the locations. There are numerous docks that have been baited and are sitting on proper water depths to be good, mine...

I am just a bit partial to Grand Lake, since my enclosed dock and boat are there ......

Watersedge RV park on Grand Lake is a nice place to take the RV.
All spaces overlook the lake and they have slips to keep the boat in.

The last couple of weeks I had thought the Crappie packed their bags and left the dock. But this one made me feel better.

They were all nice...

Fished my dock on Grand this Saturday and again on Sunday morning.....They were still in 25-30 ft water.
While it wasn't fast and furious, I cleaned about 15 nice fish.

Talked to a man today that said it had been hit and miss at the marina...He told me that Sunday they caught a bunch down there and Monday it slowed back down a bit .......

I agree with Wardy, I used 4 foot arms and assembled them inside of my dock. We hung them with weight at the bottom and they were hard to handle without breaking when put together.

I put six of those under my dock .....Catching a lot of fish from them, as they seem to be working well....

Crappie had been starting to pick up a bit on Grand the last couple of weeks, but seem to have slowed down since this warm/cold unstable weather. At least that is the way it has been...

Reaper you are more than welcome to come up sometime, I fished this weekend up there and caught 6 or 7 nice fish Satuday and none Sunday.

As for color of jigs, I have done well with white, pink...
