Whats yalls take on "bamboo" cane pole fishing for crappie are they a good set up to use? Because i know that if your pole is 12ft your fishing line will be 12ft unless you add a couple of feet to...

It is just a sonar unit, what im having trouble with is that when i set my lower depth to 30ft it will push everything to the top of the screen and then you cant see anything but a red green line at...

Whats the best settings for this type of unit for crappie fishing,

Same here ill where it when going to my spot to fish then take it off, my family rides with me sometimes and its always better to be safe then sorry.

Thanks for the info. Ill have to try the river out ive been told that if you go at night sometimes you can find crappie up under the brush piles in the curves of the river, on neches river.
