I think redears are one of the most valuable fish for a body of water to have. Redears will keep the rest of your fish healthy by eating parasite hosting mollusks like snails and clams.

for me the morning bite is consistently better in summer if I can actually get up. Can't make it work during the workweek. I usually fish the evening bite more out of convenience
