I contest that using minnows caught from the same body as the fish is best for the ecosystem. If you obey catch and release laws you actually are just feeding the fish you caught from their home...

catch and release all day. lower daily limits if need be. mine is getting installed now and im pumped. it can only grow the sport! teach your kids how to fish! glad mine did.
