Which is best for spider riggin, the rigs with the weight in the middle or the weight on the bottom?

My fav is the crappie rockets make by CW Wilson out of Hillsboro Mo. Great jigs and very durable. 300+ fish per jig is not uncommon.

I was there this weekend and fishing was not bad at all. We caught 3 limits Fri and Sat. 5 to 7ft of water early then moved to 12 to 14 after 10am.
