I used to be strictly shimano period. But I started using piscifun reels for a couple jig poles for ice fishing, that was enough, now that’s all I use is Piscifun500, for panfish, 1000 for bigger...

Caught 12 today all between 9-12 inches had to look all day to find them hitting minnow only in about 13 feet of water just about a foot off the bottom. Oh and one 11 yellow perch.
