Thanks everyone. Got it all wrapped up this weekend, got the Lowrance working mounted a new fire extinguisher, two rod holders on the bow and a set of rod savers. Time to reline my reels.

What became a bigger project than anticipated! Took off a Johnson 25 and installed a Mercury 50. Had to change out everything except the steering cables. Also installed a permanent 12 gallon fuel...
