sorry don't know that area, look thru the DEC lake maps for ones with crappie in them and start lake/pond hopping. Seems to be the way to do it, new waters trail and error. Good luck, the crappies...

I've been out with the 6# chasing some tasty walleyes with my 2" rib grubs and...

Been out chasing walleye and catching smallies. Not much on crappie fishing yet, maybe end of the month and into Nov. :)

Thanks, those white crappie are close to 1:100 ratio with the black crappies in the river. I normally only catch about a dozen total a year, if I'm lucky along with hundreds of black crappie. :D

On the river again, I just can't wait to get on the river again, bringing good time that will never end, I just can't wait to get on the river again.

I plan on hunting some crappie once Sept gets rolling, Oct and Nov are great crappie months with the cooling waters and winter coming. ;)
