Mostly pulling behind the boat about 1.4 mph. A few were caught casting up to the shoreline

Got to fish today on my day off. Kept 18 fish between 11"-14".
All on pink curly tail jig in 3-6 ft.

Thanks everyone for the welcome. So far I have only fished Lake Poinsett looking forward to trying more lakes near east central Florida.

New to fishing in freshwater. Fish salt all almost all my life. Here is one of our catches this year. Good way to start off 2017.
