Yes. I first ordered a 12P (powertech nreb) and my rpm's were too high. Called him up to exchange for a 13P. Like I said, no problems. There was a $39 restocking fee for a powertech prop.

I bought the original REB3 second hand and it had 2 bent blades. I know metal weakens the more you bend it and decided not to invest in it any further. Plus I'd have to trim it down so far (plowing)...
