Dexter has been Hot this week... right on the bottom...right out in the middle... got five two pounds or better last Friday...

Its called... Use a Landing Net.. a long one.... with those small jigs... crappie mouths will tear off...especially if you let them flip in the water... keep them in the water... till you get them...

Crappie are really hitting in about six feet of water over by the old power plant... I dont really matters what you are using... Friday we kept 50 really nice ones.. a few over two pounds... spider...

I would definately stay away from the Harris Chain... crappie fishing has been poor the last couple of years... your best bet... is the St Johns River.. or Lakes on the St Johns.. Highland park in...

Been to Cypress Lake 3 times in the last 2 weeks... This is a Super Crappie lake... not too big... winds dont effect you much...
and I havent seen it being fished too hard... Nice weed beds in...

Been Getting some nice size Crappie both Spider Rigging and Pad Jig fishing on South Side of Monroe.. Mothers Arms and even
south of that yet.. Lots of Pound.. to pound and a half fish in the...

Got 20 Nice Crappie in about two hours this morning on Lake Dora... Jig Fishing in the Reeds.. used Pink Ice Jig Tipped with Minnows.. Kept 20 that went from a pound to maybe a pound and a half......

Went to Monroe Yesterday.... about 500 yards out from Power Plant.... Five foot deep... Spider Rigging with Ron Zips and Pink Ice Jigs... got my limit in about 3 hours... probably threw another 15...

Spent two Hot hours this morning on Dora and Beauclair... water is down at least 18 inches... got 7 fish in two hours... one may have gone a pound.. Minnows dying in less than a minute at depths...

This was 4 Trips to Monroe... not in one trip... Fish the pads clear on the Southern End of Monroe... near the Mothers Arms... used mainly pink ice jigs.. tipped with very small minnows... as small...
