    Spillways aren't usually subject to a size regulation for a resevoir. Fish that are below the spillway can be taken regardless of size. Probably why a lot of bucket anglers fish there.

    I used to fish for them a LOT. Not so much anymore. To busy chasin crappie, smallies and musky. I will say this though, fall is the absolute best time to catch a PIG saugeye.
