Fish were in pads on both sides of the run between Dexter & Woodruff.
Yes, Dexter has some pads.
Did not fish Woodruff but heard fish were being caught there.

Had good success in south part of River, Blue Creek & Dexter. The October Hurricane has changed the bottom of the Cow Pen in Lake George according to locals. No fish were caught in the Cow Pen area....
