Substituted Old bay for the tyme and used olive oil in place of the butter.

15 fish most places I fish in Illinois. Some lakes have no size limit but most are 9 inch.

Tried this tonight. Used lemon pepper seasoning instead of the tyme. Had the fish with baked sweet potato and a spinach salad. Turned out fantastic, thank you for sharing.
