When I got there I went through my progression of hot spots and that was the first one I came to that didn't have a least two boats sitting on it. The water temp was around 52 degrees so my thought...

I finally got on CC yesterday and did better than expected. Caught 45 total but only 15 were keepers. Was in 40 ft water and catching them in 20 ft on minnow and jigs. None the less it was better...

Its a new year and I know by you pro crappie fishermen standards its a late start but I am headed out to ceasars creek tomorrow to try to find them. Any pointers?

I am sorry to report I caught a total of 4 small crappie. I am quite the novice at crappie fishing and my knowledge on how to find them is limited at best.
