Skip no need for cutters. I just use a straight edge and a razor knife Scissors if you want to taper. Pretty simple ties.

I live in the northeast and they went and banned lead weights and jigs in fresh water. Is anyone making lead free micro jig heads. I want to make some cap spiders.
