Same, I've never has squirrel but maybe one of these days that'll change. My grandparents and great grandma used to have squirrel quite a bit but they weren't hunting much when I came along.

Yesterday was a bad day, I got hit in my crappie Jeep while heading to work. Rolled a handful of times but am very thankful I got to walk away from the accident bruised but not broken. I was alone...

Loaded up the kid and my mom to get out of the house. We went to McGee Creek to drown some worms on the dock. That plan went along well and we were out of worms just in time for the kid's attention...

We had dinner by the lake, a stare down with some famous TV guy and his cameraman who were jerks (stinkbug won through the power of friendliness) and landed this beauty of first catch!!...

Took my mom and kid out and we only landed one on a jig but a father n two boys were catching them fairly consistently on minnows. I loved how the kids kept gettin each other all riled about fishing....

Been trying to use nitrile gloves or latex gloves (I don't see a huge difference). Keeps my hands dry plus I can still do knots and such pretty well.
What really gets hands messed up is the water...

This past weekend I got to fish down in Texas and I learned a few things:
Texas only has the option for a day license or a year license, I should have gotten the year license.
I hate bobber type...

I'd try to bring about two adults plus one crazy two year old.

Can't get jealous of getting out fished since I'm usually the one being out fished!
